Understanding the faction counter system and mono-faction bonus is one of the most important mechanics in the game.

The Counter Triangle

The three factions follow a classic rock-paper-scissors system:

  • 🔵 Wings of Dawn beats 🔴 Blood Rose
  • 🔴 Blood Rose beats 🟡 Guard of Order
  • 🟡 Guard of Order beats 🔵 Wings of Dawn

Mono-Faction Bonus

When you deploy 5 heroes of the same faction you activate the Mono-Faction Bonus (strong increase in damage, HP and defense).

Pro tip: Even 4/5 heroes of the same faction already gives a good bonus.
